Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 90ji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 90ji website, all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and any related services made available through the 90ji platform at 90ji.vu ("the Services"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any activity on 90ji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

• "Account" means the registered player account held on the 90ji platform, uniquely identified by the player's registered mobile number.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds credited to your Account and available for wagering or withdrawal at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin award, or matched deposit credit granted to a player's Account by 90ji as part of a promotional offer, subject to stated wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, crash game titles, live dealer games, promotional offers, wallet functionality, and any other features accessible through the 90ji platform.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a player using real-money funds or bonus funds from their Account on any game or sports market available through the Services.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under the age of 21, who has previously had an Account closed for breach of these Terms, or who otherwise does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Eligibility Requirements

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. 90ji reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information when registering, and must update this information promptly if it changes.
• You must register using a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and actively use, as this number will be used for OTP verification and account recovery.
• You must not be a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2, and you must not register on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your Account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you, and you must use the Services only for lawful personal entertainment purposes.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate Accounts being closed. 90ji reserves the right to void any winnings or bonuses associated with duplicate Accounts. When registering, you are required to:

• Provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own, which will serve as your login username and primary account identifier.
• Create a secure password. Your password must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• Verify your mobile number via one-time password (OTP) during the registration process. Accounts that have not completed OTP verification are not permitted to make deposits or withdrawals.
• Confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you accept these Terms & Conditions and the 90ji Privacy Policy in full.
• Notify 90ji immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 90ji will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

90ji employs SSL encryption across all Account sessions. However, the security of your own device, internet connection, and login credentials remains your personal responsibility. 90ji staff will never contact you by phone, email, or SMS to request your password or OTP.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transaction Policy

All transactions on the 90ji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through your Account.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction. 90ji does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 90ji is not responsible.
• Deposits credited to your Account are available for wagering immediately. 90ji does not guarantee deposit processing times for methods other than bKash and Nagad, which are processed instantly.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or technical maintenance. 90ji will notify you of any delays via the contact information on your Account.
• 90ji reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been identified.

All funds deposited into your 90ji Account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. 90ji strictly prohibits the use of third-party funding sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, 90ji may offer bonuses, free spins, matched deposit credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the Account holder to whom they were awarded. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to any other Account.
• 90ji reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's Account and accepted in good faith.
• In the event that a bonus is credited to an Account as a result of a technical error, administrative mistake, or fraudulent claim, 90ji reserves the right to reclaim that bonus in full, together with any winnings derived from it.
• Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to coordinated bonus farming, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will have their bonuses voided and their Accounts suspended.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available through 90ji are operated either by 90ji directly or by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The following rules apply to all gameplay activity on the platform.

• All slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are determined at the moment a wager is confirmed and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any external party after that point.
• In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or connectivity interruption that affects an active wager, the affected round will be voided and the wager amount returned to the player's Account Balance. Partial wins from a disrupted game round are not honoured.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of each game round as conducted by the dealer. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the recorded video feed of the game round constitutes the definitive record.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the specific trading rules applicable to each market type. In-play wagers accepted after a decisive event has occurred (e.g., a wicket falling in cricket betting) may be voided at 90ji's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90ji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all associated balances and winnings, and permanent ban from the platform.

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity, for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing any restriction applied to an Account.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or gain any advantage not available to standard users playing manually.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes, share information regarding hole cards or dealer hands, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
• Providing false personal information during registration or account verification, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or the ownership of your payment accounts.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive behaviour, or threatening conduct directed at 90ji staff, live dealers, or other platform users through any communication channel associated with the platform.

90ji employs continuous monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation. 90ji's determination on matters of prohibited conduct is final.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

90ji is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of player-controlled tools accessible through your Account settings at all times, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 90ji platform without prior written authorisation from 90ji.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 90ji excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising from contract, tort, or any other legal basis.

• Any loss of funds arising from the player's own gambling decisions, including losses on wagers placed using real-money Balance or bonus funds, subject to any exception that may apply under mandatory consumer protection law.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services caused by circumstances outside 90ji's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party payment provider outages, force majeure events, or governmental action.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental loss or damage of any nature, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Account Suspension and Termination

90ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

• Where 90ji reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, underage gambling, identity fraud, or collusion.
• Where required by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order, including for the purpose of conducting KYC, anti-money laundering, or fraud investigation procedures.
• Where the player voluntarily requests Account closure. In this case, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

90ji may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Account holders via notification to the mobile number associated with their Account, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 90ji platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.
